Three ways to get started
Pick whichever suits you. You do not need to do all of them.
Delete this page first.
It is a file called index.html in your public_html
folder. Remove it before you upload your own site, otherwise your server may
keep serving this page instead of yours and it will look like your upload
did not work.
Install WordPress
The quickest route if you are not building from scratch. Open your control panel, find the application installer, and point it at this domain. It sets everything up for you.
Upload your own files
Delete
index.html from public_html, then drop your site into that folder using File Manager or FTP. Your homepage appears the moment it is there.
Set up your email
Create mailboxes on your own domain from the control panel, then connect them to your phone or mail app. Worth doing early so nothing is missed.

and nothing else on your account depends on it.
